In what currency are the prices displayed?
All prices are in GBP. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuation, because we purchase our products from European factories in €. Prices will never be raised after you have placed your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we do not have a minumim order value.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 working days.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped on workdays within 24 hours from our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands by DPD or in some cases Royal Mail. Once you’ve placed your order, delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Thanks to all hard working postal services, we can keep our shipping fees affordable. We, as well as the same hard working postal service kindly ask you to order in time. The closer to Christmas, the parcels will start to queue as well on the European departure facilities as the DPD and UK Royal Mail arrival facilities.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a Royal Mail tracking number or a DPD number.
My parcel is late, now what?
All shown delivery times are estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery time is the total transit time of your packages. In other words, it is the total days a package on the route. Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the average delivery time of parcels for the last 30 days. Once we have shipped your order, we can not influence the actual shipping procedure. If, for any reason, your parcel does not arrive in 30 days after you have placed your order, you are eligible for a full refund on the condition that you refuse the parcel upon arrival. Just contact us.
How much is the delivery cost?
We will keep things easy by applying a flat shipping rate of £10 to all orders. Including all Great Britain.
Missing or incomplete order?

What is your return policy?
You have the right to request a full refund on all products bought on our website within 28 days from the date of delivery.
The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Snowsledonline.co.uk holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criteria. If you wish to return, just reply your order confirmation e-mail and tell us you want to return your item(s). We assure you a quick follow-up and will send you a return-label.
Prepaid return-labels provided by Snowsledsonline to the customer must be used within 7 days of the shipping labels creation date. Snowsledsonline.co.uk holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this time frame.
How can I return my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, please send an inquiry by e-mail for a return label to email@example.com. You need your order number and the email address you used for the order, you will get further instructions there. Once returned, we will refund you the full value of purchased products to the same account from which the original payment was made.
What payment options do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit cards. Once the order is placed through our secured page, you’ll just have to fill out your credit or debit card details.
Our checkout is 100% safe, we use the same system that all the major banks of the world use, and as such it will only take a few seconds to process.At the check out, you are forwarded to our payment provider Mollie. Again, all major payment methods are accepted. Mollie is one of the largest payment providers and ensures that all payments are handled securely and offers buyer protection.
What about Brexit, VAT and Duties for Shipments from the EU?
If you order online from Snowsledsonline.co.uk (we ship from the EU) and the consignment value – the total order (minus delivery charges and taxes) – costs £135, exclusive of VAT or less, you don’t have to pay anything extra. This means that you will not be charged anything extra upon arrival with a total order amount (product(s)+VAT+Shipping) of £174 or under. VAT will be included in the price you’re shown when you pay online – as it was prior to Brexit – and there’s no customs duty to pay. As a result, you will not face courier handling fees either. Snowsledsonline.co.uk is registered for VAT with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
If you order online from Snowsledsonline.co.uk (we ship from the EU) and the Consignment value of order costs over £135, exclusive of VAT? You may have to pay import VAT and handling fees. Snowsledsonline.co.uk garantees that our products attract no customs duty even if their consignment value is over £135. This is due to a ‘rules of origin’ agreement between the UK and EU where goods that have been largely produced or manufactured in an EU country are exempt from customs. However, you’ll be charged ‘import VAT’ instead, as you’re technically importing what you’re buying. Snowsledsonline.co.uk will compensate you in full for the VAT paid by you. We will calculate 20% VAT over your order value (excluding shipping) and pay you the amount back within 24 hours to the same account from which the original payment was made.
