When placing an order at Snowsledsonline.co.uk or one of the affiliate sites, you automatically agree with our general conditions, mentioned below.
2. Delivery Charges
The delivery charges are £10,00 per order.
3. Quick Shipment
3.1) On the day the payment is received your order will be shipped from The Netherlands. Normally the goods will arrive within 3-4 days.If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed accordingly. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order, unless another delivery time has been agreed.
3.2) Normally the goods arrive within 3-4 days in The United Kingdom, but always less then 30 days (see 3.1).
3.3) As soon as we have sent your product, you will receive a shipping notification.
3.4) If any item ordered is temporarily not available, you will be informed accordingly. In case you made the payment already, you have the right to cancel the order. You will be refunded to the same card as your purchase was made. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before you get the money back on your account.
4. Period of Approval
4.1) All your purchases at Snowsledsonline.co.uk have an approval period of 28 days. You may return the product within this period without a reason*. The product you want to return may not be used or damaged and must be returned in the original packing. Contact customer service to get instructions firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Only private persons can return without a reason. Business buyers can only return if the product is faulty.
4.2) As soon as we received your returned product, we will refund the full amount. You will be refunded to the same card as your purchase was made. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before you get the money back on your account.
4.4) We don’t accept any responsibility for returned products damaged or lost during the shipment.
4.5) If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to inform us in advance.
4.6) If the condition of the returned product is not the same as the condition we delivered it in, we have the right to return only a part of the price of the product or nothing. Of course we will inform you accordingly.
5. Late Deliveries
Deliveries are late when delivery has not taken place in 30 days after your order was placed. Late deliveries will be compensated by a full refund of your purchase on the condition that you refuse your parcel upon arrival.
Snowsledsonline.co.uk sells all products with 3 years right of complaint according to the Consumer Buying Act. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be noted by Snowsledsonline.co.uk, after which the customer receives free repair or new product. Product Warranty does not apply when Snowsledsonline.co.uk cannot find any product malfunction or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions or errors that occur at or after your own change in the product’s function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configuration of the product. The customer’s invoice or receipt is valid as a guarantee. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via email@example.com.
8. Prices, VAT and Duties
8.1) Our prices are expressed in Pounds ( £) and are including 20% V.A.T.
Consignment value of order costs £136 or less?
8.2) If you order online from Snowsledsonline.co.uk (we ship from the EU) and the consignment value – the total order (minus delivery charges and taxes) – costs £136, exclusive of VAT or less, you don’t have to pay anything extra. This means that you will not be charged anything extra upon arrival with a total order amount (product(s)+VAT+Shipping) of £174 or under. VAT will be included in the price you’re shown when you pay online – as it was prior to Brexit – and there’s no customs duty to pay. As a result, you will not face courier handling fees either. Snowsledsonline.co.uk is registred for VAT with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Consignment value of order costs over £136?
8.3) If you order online from Snowsledsonline.co.uk (we ship from the EU) and the Consignment value of order costs over £136, exclusive of VAT, you may have to pay import VAT and handling fees. Snowsledsonline.co.uk garantees that our products attract no customs duty even if their consignment value is over £136. This is due to a ‘rules of origin’ agreement between the UK and EU where goods that have been largely produced or manufactured in an EU country are exempt from customs. However, you’ll be charged ‘import VAT’ instead, as you’re technically importing what you’re buying. Snowsledsonline.co.uk will compensate you in full for the VAT paid by you. We will calculate 20% VAT over your order value (excluding shipping) and pay you the amount back within 24 hours to the same account from which the original payment was made.
9. Payment Conditions
9.1) During the purchase process you have the choice to pay by Paypal or to pay by creditcard.
9.2) On the day the payment is received your order will be shipped from The Netherlands. Normally the goods arrive within 3-4 days. If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed accordingly.
9.3) If, in any case, we decide to deliver the customer the goods without a received payment ( we will send the invoice after delivery), we will forward unpaid bills to our collection agency.
10. Customer Service
10.1) In case you have a complaint about our products or service you may contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
10.2) We will react on your complaint within 7 days.
11. Circumstances beyond one’s control
11.1) Circumstances beyond one’s control are circumstances like strikes by transport companies or our suppliers, technical failures or weather situations. We cannot be hold responsible for any damage if any of these kinds of circumstances happen.
11.2) In any case of circumstances beyond our control we contact our customer to find a way to serve you to satisfaction and to fulfill the order as soon as possible.
12. Rights of Ownership
The ownership of the delivered products will be transferred on the moment the customer has completed the payment.
