Gloco Sirch Wooden Snow Sledge Davos 110 cm with Backrest

Gloco has been building high quality winter sports equipment in Germany since 1919 from the finest materials. The Classic Davos or Davoser Rodel 110 cm, 43″ is the ultimate traditional snow sledge. Perfect for one rider or this model will quite happily accommodate two people as the seating slats are 78 cm long,  28 cm wide, and tested to take 220 kgs. The runners at 35 cm wide overall are wider than the seat, making it very stable indeed. The 5 seat rails curve gently to form an ergonomic shape, and all the beech wood timber has chamfered edges making it splinter free for you and your children & comfortable to hold on any section. Galvanized steel runners sit under timber bottom runners held with countersunk screws, forming a fast gliding sledge that’s easy to steer. This extended length model has 3 pairs of support legs from the seat to the runners, 2 are braced with galvanized steel supports for added strength.

The removable -original Gloco- backrest is made out of beech wood with plastic frame. It gives toddlers an easy and smooth ride. It is designed to fit all Gloco sledge models. An original Gloco rope is included.

This Gloco German made sledge, if treated well, will provide a lifetime’s worth of use. A great traditional family sledge.
