Gloco has been building high quality winter sports equipment in Germany since 1919 from the finest materials. The Classic Horned Bavarian Rodel 115cm is the ultimate traditional snow sledge. Perfect for one rider or this model will quite happily accommodate two kids as the seating slats are 78 cm long x 28 cm wide, and tested to take 220 kgs. The runners at 35 cm wide overall are wider than the seat, making it very stable indeed. The 5 seat rails curve gently to form an ergonomic shape, and all the ash wood timber has chamfered edges making it splinter free for you and your children & comfortable to hold on any section. Galvanized steel runners sit under timber bottom runners held with countersunk screws, forming a fast gliding sledge that’s easy to steer. This 115 cm length model has 3 pairs of support legs from the seat to the runners, they are all braced with galvanized steel supports for added strength.

Made in Germany, original  Gloco pull cord included.
This sled, if treated well, will provide a lifetime’s worth of use. A great traditional family sled.
